I create a leave a response each time I especially enjoy a article on a website or I have something to contribute to the discussion. Usually it's triggered by the passion communicated in the article I looked at. And on this post "USMLE - Acromegaly, Hypertension".
I was moved enough to drop a commenta response ;-) I do have a couple of questions for you if it's allright. Could it be simply me or do some of the remarks look like they are written by brain dead visitors? :-P And, if you are writing at other sites, I'd like to keep up with you. Could you make a list the complete urls of your social sites like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
